Staff is very friendly and nice. Hotel has great location, view and services. Everything is same as described. Breakfast tastes also good. Overall this was great experience to stay here. They made also upgrade, which was nice.

Eka at reception is the highlight of this hotel. She is very welcoming, cheerful and helpful to everyone. She tries to accommodate all guests' requests. She is very resourceful. Her English is very good. The view from the hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean.
