Thanks to Saba, Georgi and the rest of the staff for making this a very memorable stay, their attention to great customer service was admirable. We felt as part of the Tsiga family the minute we arrived.

It was a lovely clean homely place . Loved the room and breakfast room and the sofa and fire place too. Was very welcoming and peaceful for me . The lift and ride to the ski lifts made a massive difference and so it’s not a problem not being next to the ski lifts. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful - 4 hot dishes , hams , vegetables, cheeses , youghuts , cereals , cakes , toast, eggs, fruits ,,, I did not need lunch!! No smells and all clean and nice with a room to warm and dry the boots and store the skii gear! I am sure to return if I can ! Loved it!

Family run gorgeous boutique hotel. Hotel Tsiga is the most lovely hotel in the upper part of Gudauri, the staff are welcoming warm and friendly and will help you everything and anything. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. The hotel has its own ski hire which although limited in choice was good quality and so very convenient, We arrived on Sunday morning at 9:30 and were skiing by 11 thanks to the quick check in , skis provided and a shuttle to the ski lift, The hotel staff are on call to take you to and from the ski lift whenever you need , they even drove us to a restaurant in the evening. Thanks so much for our lovely stay.
