I had a perfect stay! The hotel was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. Mariam, Etuna, and Armaz were so kind and thoughtful, they even offered me a late check-out without me asking. Truly grateful for their hospitality.

Etuna messaged me before hand on WhatsApp to confirm details and make sure my stay was going to be comfortable. Her approach to customers is amazing and she was extremely helpful and acted on anything we needed immediately. Her colleagues Mariam and Miro were also extremely helpful. They made the stay very comfortable. I would definitely return! The hotel was really nice and in an amazing location. The breakfast was great with lots of options.

The lobby and spa are amazing. Nothing beats a hot bath/jacuzzi pool with scenic outside views.other facilities - the billiards room, the bar and the veranda. The staff was lovely and professional. I would like to note Mariam who was charming and helpful.
