George, the owner, and his family were lovely. Very helpful and welcoming. Room was great, they even upgraded me from a single to double room at no extra cost. Hotel and room clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable. Lovely Georgian food served for breakfast and dinner. Short walk to ski hire and lift Exceptional value. Would recommend.

High level of hospitality and service for whatever you need. George finds a way to make you feel good. Excellent food. Cosy sauna. Comfy room. Good options to dry your ski cloths in the room. Tipp to reach the hotel in case your stay is during winter/ snowy times: book a taxi to Gudauri that is really equipped for these conditions. If the roads from Tbilisi are icy, it will be rather an adventure 😀 Especially the taxi driver will have problems driving the last 50 meters to the hotel in the snow. If you rent your ski from the recommended place, you can leave all your equipment there. Walking distance 5 minutes up the hill (good warm up 😀). There is a path behind/ around the hotel.

The home-owner was very polite and helpful. The view from the hotel rooms and dining room was beautiful. It is relatively close to the slopes.

The manager, he was so lovely, helped us with every small question. On the last day, he asked if we wanted to come and take a shower on the spa.
