We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. This is one of the best places to stay in New Gudauri, with a perfect location right next to the ski lift — no more than about 100 meters from both the lift and the ticket office. Everything is very close and convenient. The complex offers everything you need for a comfortable ski trip, including a spa, indoor parking, a market, a restaurant, ski rental, lockers for ski equipment, and more. (Please note that the spa and some services are available at an extra charge.) The room was very clean and well organized. The host (Ana) is very friendly, caring, and truly attentive to her guests’ comfort. She is very helpful and does her best to assist with everything.

The best location in New Gudauri, ski in - ski out right next to the gondola + really close to all the restaurants. The apartment is big and comfortable The owner was so nice and helpful One thing we didn't notice, but was clearly mentioned in the booking, is that the spa facilities are not included in the price. The room has great view to the mountains

It was close to the gondola lift , the room was neat and modern and had a Mountain View .
