It’s clean new cozy apartment located in New Gudauri that has amazing blankets. 5 minutes walk to ski lifts.

A cozy and comfortable apartment conveniently located near the ski gondola and all the restaurants. Everything is new and nicely designed.

It’s a new, really wonderful studio in a new building in New Gudauri but almost the last from the ski-lift. All furniture and kitchen staff are fine. We’ve cooked pasta and we’ve found all we need. He host is really, really cool. I can state that cause we went next days to other studios. 1) he responses immediately 2) he gave us the entrance code from the studio, and we left money on the table when leaved. So no waiting or delay- not at all unlike many here.
