The fine print
The shuttle service operates daily from Best Western Gudauri to the first ski lift on the following schedule:
- Morning departures: 09:30 and 10:30
- Return from the ski lift: 16:00 and 17:00Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Booked my stay extremely last minute and best western Gudauri was an excellent choice , free morning and evening shuttles to the closest slopes, great breakfast options and lovely atmosphere at the Resturant. The location is ideal and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful !

Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience staying at the Best Western, Gudauri. The 'Superior Room' was spacious, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel offered ski rentals, which was convenient and a complimentary shuttle service (pick-up and drop-off) to the ski chairlifts near Old Gudauri (Gudauri Loft hotel).
