Great location near to the city centre. Lovely, comfortable, immaculately clean rooms with every convenience. Extensive, in house, breakfast choices. Affable, informative host.

Gino has multiple locations in and around Gubbio. They are all extremely well appointed. He stocks the fridge for you with breakfast goodies, including yogurt and fresh milk (almond, cow, oat) for coffee. In one of his properties on the outskirts he had complete fixings for a pasta dinner and more. I've never seen anyone prepare a place more thoughtfully than Gino. He's also a great source for restaurants and everything Gubbio. He's friendly, communicative and extremely available by WhatsApp, etc. We did not want for anything. Highly recommend.

The fridge was full of goodies for breakfast upon our arrival. The appartment is in the center of the old town and totally equipped with everything we ever needed during our whole stay. Gino and Daniela were very kind and helpful, waiting for us upon arrival and always kept us updated about all the events happening in the town and gave us recommendations about the restaurants. Grazie mille Gino and Daniela!
