Please note that the outdoor pool is open from June to September.Air conditioning is available free of charge and is included in the price. A late check-in fee of €10 is available upon advance request. Bed linen and towels are now included in the rate, rather than being charged at €20 per day. Extra sheets and linen are available for €10 per person upon request.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Wonderful location, very quiet and surrounded by pristine nature. Splendid view of Gubbio. The appartments are spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool is well-maintained and has a nice size, also suitable for swimming. Gubbio can be reached easily by a short car ride.

The location is wonderful! You can see the town of Gubbio across the valley right in fornt of you and it's picture-perfect! The apartments were spacious, spotlessclean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of homemade pies and many other things. The staff was very helpful and gave us some tips of where to go for lunch and dinner. Nicoletta was welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool was large and clean and we spent a lovely afternoon there. I'm going back!

A really marvelous location with a breathtaking view of the valley. Breakfast is excellent with home made cakes and bread. We visited the place in fall, so we didn't use the swimming pool and other summer related facilities. For us it was an excellent base to visit Urbino and the beautiful Gubbio.

Wonderful place with a great view. Pool area is beautiful and it’s quiet, when there aren’t arrangements or parties for the owners.
