Great location close to the Malecon and park. Helpful staff, let me leave the luggage there for 2 days. The elevator worked, the water was hot, Wi-Fi signal was normal. Good size room.

As an hotelier for more than 40 years I can said that the hotel can do a lot of improvement in many areas and therefore it will be in a different scale. However I will be back. Thanks.
