Room was very clean and the balcony was an added bonus. A/C was very quiet and perfect. Breakfast was a little sparse not a lot of choice, maybe a little extra fruit and a couple more choices like cold meats with fresh rolls, cheap enough to add to the menu and it will improve whole experience, the morning coffee depended on the person making it so mostly a little weak and sometimes cold. we worked out the best barista there and noticed that when she was on reception that's when the coffee was good. The location of the sea relative to the hotel was perfect, the staff are friendly and helpful, parking was mostly in shade for the car which made it a overall perfect place to use as a bed and breakfast as we did. A little away from the town centre but nothing like a good walk to work off that pizza.
