Elaina was very welcoming and we got by with google translate. The house was lovely and traditional, but with modern facilities. The breakfast was varied, fresh and very nice including decaffinated coffee. The free onsite parking was really helpful. We arrived no trouble thanks to the sat nav. Just be aware the roads in the old town, particularly around the catherdral aren't clear and we did wonder if we could drive were it directed, but all fine. We would stay there again.

We loved this hotel. All the staff were so warm and helpful. The building is beautiful and location is stunning on the edge of the cathedral square. Lovely breakfast too! Thank you.
