I liked everything – a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The staff were outstanding, taking care of me from the moment I stepped out of the taxi until I reached my room. The view of the Pearl River with the beautifully illuminated skyscrapers was truly unforgettable. Since I visited for an exhibition, I can highly recommend this hotel – it’s close, convenient, and you can reach the city center by taxi for just €2–3.

My stay at Shangri-La Guangzhou was fantastic. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, buses, and taxis. A special shoutout to the Concierge team — Jacky, Adam, and Kasper were absolute lifesavers! They helped me book taxis, set up WeChat, and even arranged train tickets. Their professionalism and genuine care made my stay truly stress-free and memorable. I hope management recognises their amazing contribution — they are the heart of this hotel. I would highly recommend Shangri-La Guangzhou to anyone visiting the city.
