Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the entire staff — and especially Amy. From the moment we arrived, Amy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a big difference during our stay. She helped us with local recommendations, assisted with special requests, and was always available with a warm smile. The rest of the hotel staff were also very friendly and supportive, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A heartfelt thank you to Amy and the whole team for making our experience memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

Amy from reception was an absolute gem to work with 💎 . She was communicate, prompt to solve problems and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back for my next visit to Guangzhou 👌. On another note.. you get 2 meals a day which is breakfast and an Afternoon tea (talk about value for money). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, great food and reliable location to accessible transportation routes.
