The breakfast was good but when the hotel is full may not be able to fill all the counters.

Overall the staff very helpful. Location is central. Close to subway station although we never used the subway. Used taxi service all the time. It is an upscale hotel with a particular character. Attached to an upscale shopping mall (mostly luxury western brands). Some excellent eateries, generally expensive.

The staff was very helpful. They spoke English and helped us to create a great itinerary for the day. The room was extremely spacious, clean and light.
