Large room. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast for 150 pesos. Friendly staff. Felt safe - 24 reception security. Free water. Coffee and snacks to buy.

The room was clean, spacious, and the shower was nice with great water pressure and very hot water (we were worried because some of the previous reviews had mentioned a problem with hot water). The free parking inside of the hotel garage was great as well. There's a kiosk at the front desk where you could buy snacks, drinks and other small things, it was great to be able to purchase coffee there in the mornings. The location was fine, we didn't walk into Centro, but it usually takes about 10-15 mins to drive there, and there are many parking options around town that charge about 23 pesos per hour.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I booked the king room with terrace, the view was beautiful and the room was spacious, clean and tidy. Hot water and water pressure was good. I highly recommend this place.
