It included everything you need. Great walk-in shower. Check-in was easy and the building has a nice pool on the same floor. Just around the corner are bars, restaurants and a 7/11, etc.

If you understand this is NOT an hotel, and that you'll need to have access to data/internet to access the building (need to download an app); this is a perfect place. Great small-studio well located in town. We had the studio #801 and I really recommend it - you get a perfect sunset view over Guadalajara and the far-mountains on a private patio. This was awesome for happy hour time! The studio is well decorated, cozy, the kitchen has just enough for breakfat and quick diner. As other comments said, the hot water in the shower can take long to arrive (5 minutes), and seems like it get cold after 10 minutes so this could be improved. Communication with the owner is via WhatsApp. Access to pool. Recommended for this price!
