The fine print
- Please note that Yay Sustainable Resort is a place of tranquility and well-being. We do not use food of animal origin in the restaurant because of environmental reasons.- 100% of the reservation will be charged at the time of making it, in case of not being made for any reason it will be made at check in.- If you cancel the reservation until 7 days before arrival, a 100% refund is made in the next 7 business days, less 100,000 pesos of administrative expenses.- A 4% surcharge will be made to face-to-face payments by credit and debit card.- We do not charge the stay of children up to 3 years, except for their consumptions.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
