We stayed in one of the apartments. It is very spacious, clean and we appreciated the washing mashine and the drier. The breakfast and the food in general was good (including the fondue). It is right in the center of the ville. You have to park outside the city (around 3 minutes walk to the property). Based on a ticket from the property, the parking is 10CHF payable at the property (however, after leaving the car until getting the ticket from the property you still have to pay the parking for a minimum stay). It is pet friendly and with an amazing view from the balcony of the apartment. We stayed one night, enough to visit the Gruyeres cheese factory and the museum (trully recommended).
