It's the perfect location for an overnight stay from Windhoek to SA. The hosts are extremely helpful - they fixed a problem with the car, and they are generous- they even gave us a packet of delicious homebaked rusks despite the accommodation being relatively inexpensive. We ordered the lamb and chicken dinners which were generous portions and delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean white cotton which was luxury to sleep in. The old house has great character and ambiance and the family take pride in their heritage. We will always stay there.

This was my second time staying at White House and my second time being impressed! Nita & Dolf and the family are so welcoming. The space provided had everything we needed - including a braai place and a fully stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful two night stay and would absolutely recommend to others!

The White House is always our go to place. Everything you need from home cooked meals delivered to you, spotless clean accommodation and a warm welcome from the staff. Fully equipped for self catering. The breakfast is an extra bonus. We will definitely visit you again and thank you for your hospitality.
