Staying at Château le Bouïs was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The welcome was warm and effortless, setting the tone immediately. The bedrooms are comfortable, well-kept, and impeccably clean, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere throughout the stay. One of the highlights is undoubtedly breakfast — the views are simply stunning, overlooking the surrounding landscape and stretching out toward the sea. The property’s own winery adds a special touch, with daily tastings that make the experience feel unique and rooted in its surroundings. The setting itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of character. With sea views from the hotel and easy access to nearby hiking routes, it’s an ideal place to disconnect, explore, and enjoy the natural beauty of the region. A place with great charm and potential — already very good, and with just a few small touches, it could be outstanding.

The room was spacious and I appreciated the dog bed and bowls for my Labrador. The views are stunning, and the staff is lovely. Breakfast was very good, as was the dinner. The wine tasting offered was a lovely add-on. It is close to Gruissan, but it feels isolated in the best way. The stars at night were wonderful to behold as well.

A wonderful location, comfortable room, welcoming staff and excellent breakfast. We ate in the restaurant both nights. The food was delicious, as was the wine. We really enjoyed the wine tasting, which was offered as part of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble!

This accommodation, among vineyards and pine trees, is perfect for a beautiful break in nature. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious. We would be very happy to return to this place again.
