First of all I want to highlight how amazing and welcoming the hosts are. They always took me into account, finding ways for me to experience things through their own plans — like a grocery trip (since there’s nothing in the village) or a lift to or from Dubrovnik. I saved a lot of time and money this way and I'm very thankful for that. Upon arrival I got a beautiful tray with delicious coffee, juice, dark chocolate wafers, and locally made liquor that was surprisingly nice. A similar tray was presented in the morning and I even got a big portion of a homemade traditional cheese pastry one evening that I am scared to name in case it's the wrong type, but it was delicious. The room is part of a bigger house, both equally beautiful. The wooden beams across the ceiling along with the exterior window shutters give a warm and cozy ambience to the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the small kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. There's an AC unit so you can control the temperature as you see fit. There's a beach nearby with clear blue water, a mix of sand and small pebbles, and great views of the sunset. The room, the tranquil area, and the warm and welcoming hosts for such a price has been a unique experience. Thank you.
