This property is absolutely beautiful in a stunning location. The views are incredible and it is very quiet. Maurizio is fantastic - nothing is any trouble and he is delightful. He recommended some great restaurants and was always on hand. We enjoyed his company. Breakfast is good and the pool is stunning. Would recommend in a heartbeat. A truly great area to explore. Thank you Maurizio. See you next year.

A very nice and clean property with pool and tennis court. Stunning view and very well kept garden. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms good with a terrace with a stunning view. Maurizio the owner is an excellent host, helpful in every aspect and a very nice and friendly person. The location with only 35 min from Rome city center and restaurants nearby in the village is excellent. Very quiet

A beautiful hotel set up on the hills with stunning views over the surrounding area, just outside of Rome. We stayed at Tenuta Cusmano for 3 nights and had a wonderfully peaceful stay. The pool is a lovely size, and a great place to relaz. It overlooks the tennis court and views around the area. The rooms are great, equipped with aircon and a private balcony to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing, freshly made to order with many options available. Highly recommend the scrambled eggs, with cheese pancetta and tomatoes! Maurizio is an incredible host, generous and kind, welcoming you into his home and made sure we had a fantastic stay. Provided us with lovely dinner recommendations, the nearest is a 5 minute walk away, with other options available in the town nearby which is a 15-20min walk. All offer local ingredients and wine and provide an authentic Italian experience. We did not hire a car for the trip, but Maurizio had many recommendations if you wished to go further afield.

Magical place, relaxing. The host Maurizio is a wonderful person that gave us a great hospitality. The breakfast was delicious- my daughter will miss the crep with Nutella.

A peaceful and relaxing place to while away a few days. We were so lucky with our room and had a perfect spot to watch the sun set from our balcony. I particularly enjoyed a late evening swim which was wonderfully restorative.

We spend 2 days in Tenuta Cusmano and it was amazing. The owner was always smiling and ready to help us, he even took the time to prepare a map of Roma with the itinary to go there and some spots to visit. The view from the pool is wonderful and being able to swim during those hot days of summer was an extra for us. We will come black for sure !

The location of the hotel is quite extraordinary. The panoramic view will take your breath away. A wonderful atmosphere, a huge terrace, a magical area with a beautiful pool. We had a room with a huge private terrace with a breathtaking view. Mr. Cusmano was extremely helpful, kind and immediately responsive to our questions. We were really happy that we ended up choosing accommodation outside the center of Rome. By car, you are comfortably in the center in half an hour, and the returns to Casa Cusmano were refreshing.

Maurizio is the friendliest host we ever met. So helpful with good knowledge of the region. Wel prepared to get you on the way to Rome or elsewhere. The view from the property is outstanding. The hills of Rocca di Papa or Rome on the other side. The swimming pool is super and clean.
