As we were in Grosmont for a lunch experience on the steam train, Badger's Rest was the perfect location for our weekend base. Well equipped and comfortable. We had a lovely time. A nice touch for a bottle of prosecco and teabags which was provided for us. Thank you.....We'd brought our own supplies and hadn't planned to cook anything. The cottage was lovely - we'd consider a future stay and would recommend to friends.

Clean, comfortable, cosy, and with all the kitchen equipment one could require. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Handy for the North Yorkshire Moors Railway and other attractions. We had a super stay.

Decor was modern, comfy and stylish. The property was perfectly located. Neighbours were friendly. Bed linen and towels are pristine.
