Hotel was a real Beach Club - with great green area & huge swimming pool. Our house was really new (0,5 year old?) and rooms are real 4-star (20+m2, powerful aircondition and 10m2 balcony). Pool bar prices was also a little (+)suprising for us: alcohol coctails/shots only some 4-7EUR. I think: on this moment we was the only non-Italians ("half-empty" club was maybe 150 guests). Probably local peoples have best knoledges about price/quality. Staff get 10 points rate. As price (95EUR/day) included also door card (Booking.com warning: 6EUR/day extra - was´nt true). And double-positive suprise: free transfer (10km to Scalea train station - 6-7 trains to Naple each day). At first, because local taxi are "mafia": they do not drive with "km-tax", but with sceme 20EUR there +20EUR to station (cheapest possibility, called by reception-staff 3 days earlyer). So at the second: because the chief (Daniela) still knows, who are "real clients". Against "market-economy rule" = to make "deals" with local taxis (to get him "work" & maybe made herself some extra-salary)!
