She was waiting for us to give us the key, even if it was 03:00 midnight, because of a flight delay!! The beds were old, as was the rest of the furniture, but the mattresses were very comfortable. The location is very good and you can ski in many areas.

Wonderful host who spoke great English. Situated in a quiet village a few minutes from Landeck. Good base for skiing in both Fiss and Ischgl if you have transport which are half an hour away. All rooms are spacious and the kitchen is equipped to cook like you're at home ( we only ate out once) Heating was constantly on and could be turned down or off as desired. Water was always hot instantly for washing up and showering. Wi-fi signal strong throughout. The only disappointment is we couldn't book for next year which speaks volumes.
