Great location right opposite grindelwald first and located right next to several good eating spots and ice cream shacks. The staff were so friendly, Dawt on reception and Yev in the spa are an absolute credit to this hotel, I hope you all get to encounter their customer service :) Room view was incredible and the room immaculate, they even laid out a bed and some treats for our dog which was super cute and such a nice touch.

Interior and exterior design of the hotel, cleanliness, the view that is available from the bar, sauna, and breakfast areas. Staff is very friendly and accommodating with everything that in their power.

Excellent view. Staff are friendly & helpful. The bed is very comfortable. I have enjoyed a 10-hour sleep last night.

breakfast was nice and decent sized room. also good view of the mountains in both the room and at breakfast! very very near to the First cable car and on the main street of Grindelwald. mini bar was given which was a nice touch!
