The staff was so welcoming and kind. We forgot to inform them we were leaving quite early for Jungfraujoch and she was very apologetic and even gave us food even if she didn't have to. Location is very good, a short walk to the train station and the bus stop. The patio at the back with an old swing set was perfect for a simple lunch with a view.

We occupied the Family Room . It was good with a very big terrace and a wonderful view.The location of the property is excellent and right on the main road and in proximity to the shopping area and the restaurants. The staff was very courteous and helpful , specially Rinatta during the breakfast time.

The director was kind enough to give me a glass of orange juice I was craving when I came in at night. He and his lady colleague provided very useful logistical information. I had a brilliant view of Eiger from my balcony

The hotel provided excellent service throughout our stay, with staff who were attentive, welcoming, and professional. The location was perfect — central, convenient, and close to all the main attractions, making our experience even more enjoyable. the view of the room was exceptional.
