View from room balcony was amazing, very friendly host/manager, breakfast was nice and good value but as we were staying several nights a little more choice would have been nice. The hotel was excellent value for money - would recommend to anyone.

It was really clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated having Eurosport on the TV. The breakfast was included and I had a beautiful view on the Eiger from my balcony. It's very well located near the train station, supermarkets, First station. I highly recommend it !

The morning breakfast service and food itself are really impressive, and free parking which is really convenient to tourists us.

Location was excellent, a short walk from Grindelwald station and close to attractions & shops. Breakfast was good - tea, coffee & juice available, lovely fresh bread & pastries and some fruit, cereals & meats. Room was comfortable & clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early (at midday) as our room was already ready
