Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Very tasty breakfast. Amazing italian restaurant downstairs. And incredibly kind and friendly staff. Special shout out to the lady at breakfast who makes capuccino/coffee to order

We had some special needs due to mobility limitations, and the hotel came up with ways to help us. The hotel staff created a warm, friendly atmosphere. In the five days we were there, we got to know a number of them quite well. The breakfast was excellent, and meals in restaurants were of a good quality. The hotel is right at a bus stop, which makes it easy to go to other parts of Grindelwald and to the railway station.
