Staff was great, happy to recommend activities and responds to questions. The blonde lady at the front desk was very pleasant and insightful. Room was very clean with a great view.

Convenient location, very close walk to the Grindelwald train station. View from the room and balcony was exceptional! Restaurant provided excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff at hotel and restaurant were all very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very near to the train station 3 mins walk and to all the amenities (Restaurant, Cable Car Rides) the place is quite and clean. The breakfast was so good. The room we have was facing to the Alps amazing place. The staff also are very kind and helpful with our requests. Can't wait to stay again in this hotel.
