Breakfast was fine and simple. Location excellent with the Bodmi ski arena out the front, walk down to town centre was easy (definitely take the free bus back up as its a hike uphill). Short walk down to the gondola for Grindelwald First. Facilities in the room was fine, decent little fridge and tea/coffee making. The junior suite had amole room for 2A2C with a wraparound balcony to enjoy the view. Temperature control was a bit tricky using the space heaters. Staff were friendly, although house keeping could be improved, with the occasional evening attendance. Lunch an dinner options at the restaurant were good.

The most stunning views from the balcony of the mountains and exceptional staff, who made us feel so welcome. Perfect location close to the gondola station and activity centre and regular bus outside the hotel
