The personnel at the reception was very nice and friendly though a 30 min later check-out turned to be an issue). But Karolina and her colleague were really nice. Natalie at the dinner did her best, we really enjoyed the food that was exceptionally good and service, thanks for that! Free shuttle service to blue lagoon.
