Staff were very friendly, especially the individual in the restaurant. She was exceptional, quick service and checked to ensure I had everything I needed. I believe she was the Marketing or Communications individual. Great asset to the hotel.

Friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. However, hotel itself is pretty outdated and needs a major upgrade. Bed sheets are old. Pillows feel overused with musky odour. Carpets and flooring are super old. Hot water ran only at night, in the morning the water is lukewarm. Also no microwave in standard rooms, had to pay extra to get one to my room.

The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room and building in general were very clean.
