Everything. Great location for visiting Grimsby and that part of the Niagara Peninsula. Very good breakfast and breakfast area, looked after by a lady who does a wonderful job. Very comfortable room with all the needed amenities, including microwave and fridge. We stay there every time we are in the area.

Clean room, bathroom was very well cleaned. The employee at front desk was pleasant upon check in.
