We’ve been here two years in a row and the place always feels ‘brand new’. Immaculate apartments and super amazing management. Nothings ever a problem.

I booked this location because it had a jacuzzi in the photo , reading the small print it said some rooms have a jacuzzi ours wasn't one but after 3 days one was offered , the hot rail didn't work and again after reporting it still didn't work at the end of the stay, ( unable to dry skiing gear , not good as snowed and rained quite a lot ! ) but underground heating great , Also £42 .70 was taken of the credit card, yet we have been unable to find the reason , we have emailed them but only a few days ago so they haven't yet had chance to reply
