Reception very friendly & helpful on our arrival. We were provided with a room suited to our specific needs. The room had all that we needed - bed area, bench with seats, kitchen area with table. Plates, cups & cutlery, fridge with milk. Bathroom, shower, towels, gel shower cap, soap & shampoos. We were happy & comfortable during our stay.

Ease of check in via lockbox was extremely easy plus the bonus of La Scala restaurant which has great food was a lovely bonus and parking right outside your room is always good
