The house is located in the top of a hill, facing the valey and surrounded by all greens of Tuscany. The view is magnificent! Parking is on site, secured in the yard of the house. The room and the bathroom are spacious, and very very clean. The breakfast is homemade, composed by a variety of sandwiches, croisants, cookies, refreshments, tea, coffee... anything needed for a good start of the day. If the weather permits (and usually does) the breakfast is served in the garden, in a perfect ambience. Last but not least, the hosts, Mariko and Giuseppe, personify the Italian hospitality. A warm wellcome and a freintly atmosphere made our stay unique. Besides, Giuseppe, on a daily basis, gave us valuable tips about which palces to visit, where to park, where to eat, villages worthlike to visit etc. He facilitated our stay to the maximum.

Very good coffee, delicious pastries. Breakfast in the garden is relaxing with the very nice view and the good service and attention of the host given to the the guests. We had a good sleep because it was very calm in the house.

We have spent many holidays in Italy, but choosing Casa Decimo guesthouse was one of the most inspired choices. The villa is in the beautiful Chianti hills, just a 20-min. drive from the center of Florence. We were greeted by Giuseppe, our host, who, with a smile, charm and humor, made us feel welcome from the first moment. The breakfast served in the garden (weather permitting - and here we were lucky enough) and prepared in the house by the wonderful Mariko, the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the amazing advice received from Giuseppe to visit and enjoy not only Florence, but the whole of Tuscany, made our stay unforgettable. Grazie mille Giuseppe! Dōmo arigatō Mariko!
