The situation. Valentina. The outlook. The Goats The apartment. Everything. It is a magical place, deep in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. It is an awesome place to stay. To get up in the morning and hear the wolves howling, bringing their pack together. The goats milk getting to the cheeserie in minutes for processing and making beautiful goats cheese. Free range chicken and eggs abound. Just fabulous.

Lovely space with warm, welcoming hosts. Apartment was spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with full kitchen. Walking distance to several wineries and a short drive from many, many more. Our hosts showed us around the goat farm which was a lovely treat for our time in Chianti.

Set in the Chianti, which offers the perfect combination of history, nature, crafts, and not least discoveries in food and wine, the Fornaci farm offers a wonderful place to enjoy and relax. Valentina and Nicolò are wonderful hosts and very nice people. They were helpful both in practical things and with good tips about where to eat and what to do. Armed with these tips we could enjoy its highly authentic experience. While staying in Casa Alessi, we have enjoyed the fresh eggs, vegetables and the farm made goat cheese, a real delicacy. We are looking forward to be back here!
