The hotel was well positioned for the centre of Grenoble. The staff were very helpful and overall the stay was good. Facilities were basic but clean and perfectly adequate.

We are primarily travelling by train so close proximity to the train station was a must. Other aspects of the location such as walking distance to the gondola, the fancy squares, a grocery store, a great bakery around the corner (Du Pain Et Des Frangins- highly recommend). There are lots of other things to like at Hotel Gloria. The balcony with a view of the mountains, the hot shower, coat hooks, room is dark and quiet to sleep. AC. The 10 euro breakfast. The staff were happy and kind when engaging with our limited French.

Close to the train station and not too far to walk from the city center. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and they seem like they genuinely care about guest experience and satisfaction. Very kind people. Decent price compared to other properties. My room had a nice view.
