I had a wonderful stay at this lovely property in Greenwell Point—a quiet, picturesque fishing village that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, with a charming café just across the road and a scenic walking track along the Crookhaven River. I especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises over the water, with pelicans swimming by and black swans flying overhead. I stayed in the Rainforest Cottage, which was beautifully designed and full of character. The highlight was the gorgeous rainforest bath—such a unique and tranquil touch. The large outdoor deck offered stunning water views and was a perfect place to unwind. The room was warm and cosy when I arrived, and the bed was large and incredibly comfortable. I also really appreciated being able to bring my dog along. The private jetty was a fantastic bonus—ideal for fishing or just relaxing by the water. It’s also just a short drive to Culburra Beach. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, scenic setting.

The location is everything one might hope for. There are local businesses providing cooked food, groceries, meat, fuel and a pharmacy. The property is adjacent to a large seafront park with plenty of amenities. My cottage - number 1 - was right beside the water, and very peaceful.
