Beautiful location. The huts are simple, but have all that you need for a comfortable and cosy stay. We loved the big windows overlooking the valley. The owners are super friendly and welcoming.

Lovely views, very peaceful location. It was perfect for a relaxing get away with family, everything we needed. A perfect base for exploring the area and the hosts were great and sorted a couple of minor issues we had without fuss ( we felt like we were pestering them )

Location was ideal for us (we spent most of our time in the Kielder Forest only a short drive away) and quite isolated so very peaceful. There are stunning views over the surrounding countryside. We had a clear night on our stay with the sunset and night skies truly spectacular. The hosts Claire and Rob were very friendly and informative, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything that we needed was provided. Bunks were comfortable and the heating system is very effective keeping us nice and cosy as the temperature dropped at night. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed sitting round the firepit in the evening. The bothies are situated in a large area of land and well distanced form each other so you hardly notice them.
