We didn't have breakfast. Anita was very freindly,we had a small double room.our shower and toilet was along the corridor,but was not a problem.we were situated in the middle of town,amusements and beach.we had a free parking permit so didn't need to use the car.would book again and would refur to family and friends.

Room, clean, friendly staff (helpful). Fresh room. Near the beach. Excellent place for spend time with family. Comfortable beds. View on the front parking.

The host Anita was great! Friendly and informative and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable with tea and coffee. I slept well both nights I was there as it was nice and quiet and the bed was really comfortable with soft pillows. Definitely a great place to stay if you are considering visiting Great Yarmouth!

The room was well decorated. The double bed was large & very comfortable. The place was quiet at night. 300 yds from beach & public swimming pool. Anita's the landlady was very pleasant & helpful.
