Breakfast wasn't included. The room was lovely, Clean comfortable bed, great shower. TV, everything was as expected. Chris and his partner, we're great hosts.

Lovely quiet stay for 5 nights as a solo female traveller. Felt very safe and room was very clean and warm. Great location and great hosts. TV and WiFi working fine, room serviced very well. Have visited Great Yarmouth a fair few times as have family in the area and this is the best place by far compared to others! Finally found a little gem :)

This place is a rare find. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and the property has been beautifully renovated and meticulously maintained. Our family room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. The attention to detail is exceptional — nothing has been overlooked.
