Friendly staff, fried breakfast,excellent with toast, loveley butter and a choice of jams, coffee on pot or personal pot of tea. Great location 5mins to main strip sealife, big wheel arcades loads of resturants, A cat cafe. Ooo doggy's x 3. In the room A kettle, 8 teas and coffees plenty of milk. Flat screen tv with all the channels, on suite with shower. Value for Money. Will deffinatly return.

The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Tea tray well stocked and even included biscuits. Breakfast was plentiful and served quickly. Plenty of free parking opposite and was only a 5 min walk to the town centre and shops. Beach even closer!!
