Great location, friendly host who lived on site and nothing was too much trouble for her. Parking was easier than originally thought. We felt very secure with the host living downstairs and we had our own entrance. The view from the bay window was lovely.

The room was beautifully decorated and had everything you'd need in it. Emma and Co were absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful from the start. Someone carried our suitcases up when we arrived (thank you) and Emma gave us a couple of ice packs when my mum hurt her knee one day. On the final day after we'd checked out Emma even offered for us to leave our luggage in the front hallway so we could enjoy a couple more hours before our train. The hotel was a couple of minutes walk from the beach, right off Regent Street so was a great Central location for everything we needed while there. We absolutely cannot wait to go back again.
