Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Location on seafront far enough from the noisy 'hustle and bustle' you expect in the centre of the beach entertainments, but near enough for a simple short walk to the centre.

Very clean and homely, comfortable bed and quality fixings, linen and towels. Far enough away from the bustle and noise of town but close enough to walk to everything

All the staff were pleasant, we had a room to the rear of the property with a small seating area outside which was ideal for my partner. I have stayed in many establishments in Great Yarmouth but going forward this would be my hotel of choice.
