Cleasewood Guest House is in a fabulous location, it is a very short walk to the beach and a short walk to many attractions including the Hippodrome Circus (which was the main reason for our visit on this occasion). (For any parkrunners out there it's two minutes from the start of the parkrun!) The hosts were fabulous, the rooms were well equipped and cosy. The breakfast was good and customisable which was a bonus. We will absolutely book again, having found this little gem at the last minute after a prior booking let us down, I think this will now be our go to for Great Yarmouth.

All met our expectation. Warmly welcomed at the door, clear introduction, strong Wi-Fi, tidy and clean bedroom and bathroom, beautiful pictures in dinning room and nice cooked and presented big breakfast.
