We had to reschedule our original visit due to unexpected circumstances, which we managed to do over the phone with Dale. He then rang me back the following evening asking when we were due to arrive, as he had obviously forgotten the previous telephone conversation! Not a great start. When we did arrive in Yarmouth I had a missed call from Dale, and by the time I had received his voicemail we were already at the guest house. Dale was not there (hence the phone call) and the young chap who opened the door didn't know anything about our visit, however a quick call to Dale cleared things up. The room was not the one we originally booked but was clean and comfortable, and we managed to park a couple of streets away which although not perfect was fine as we know Yarmouth pretty well. After a lovely days shopping and enjoying ourselves we sat in bed on the Saturday night drinking tea, eating donuts and watching a bit of telly. Lovely! Great nights sleep, and Dale had previously arranged a breakfast for us (we're both vegetarians) that was absolutely lovely, and it turns out some of the staff actually live not too far from us so we had a nice gossip over breakfast!

We liked the position of the guest house , the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful, the whole place was very clean .lovely food and plenty of it .
