This spa was elegant and beautiful. The breakfast was next level with so many options that could be tailored to each customer with amazing presentation. The stand out part of this experience however, was the staff. Exceptional service and attention to detail; the team were wonderfully considerate and ensured that my accessibility needs were fully supported throughout my stay. A special mention to Ollie is needed for his bubbly personality and warm inviting character as Front of House. The treatments me and my partner both had were superb and well priced (Amy E. did an amazing job). Finally, the main pool, saunas, gym and sun beds were all to an excellent quality and really made this an incredible experience. The gym was so well equipped with everything you would need and more (better than most gyms nowadays). We both could not sing the praises high enough of this hotel.

The staff Were friendly helpful My wife Jayne had a wonderful birthday well and truly spoilt The restaurant staff provided excellent service The food was perfectly cooked well presented , The Spa area pool was very relaxing, Jayne enjoyed her massage treatment felt very relaxed Thank you All
