The Annex was spotlessly clean, it was warm and cosy and the beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t fault it.

Diane was a lovely host, the room was nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, the Location was great, the breakfast was excellent and the price fantastic value for the money.

Having stayed in a number of Hotels / Pubs etc in the area over the last year, this was my first B&B - The room was very spacious, with a modern bathroom and the breakfast was easily as good if not better than anywhere I have stayed around Saffron Walden.

Host greeted us when we arrived, and showed us our room. Lovely and quiet. Excellent breakfast. Diane is a great host.
